Wow, this is an old thread. I'd forgotten all about that cesta. Not sure how it got bumped.

Anyways, I've since learned a bit about the item. It used to drop but was removed from the game. I bid on the one in the Ventari's Sell forum and won it, but it turned out to be a fake auction and the guy never had it to start with.
